- The Taj Mahal in India is made almost entirely from marble. This beautiful complex was declared a winner of the New 7 Wonders of the world.
- Marble is available in numerous colors. The wide range of patterns and colors found in marble is determined by the area of origin and the proportional mix of minerals in the original limestone.
